Brochure “Why Nearly Zero Energy Buildings are the Right Choice”

General Description

The brochure targets multi-family building end-users, both people living there and apartment owners who rent their property. It explains in non-technical language what a nearly-zero energy building means and what advantages it brings. Authors discuss several prejudices (myths) about nZEBs, such as problems with accessing fresh air in nZEBs due to the high airtightness, or too high temperature in summer. Examples of nZEBs in Germany, Denmark, Italy, and Slovenia are showcased as well, assisted with the experiences of their designers, administrators, and users.
