The building consists of two floors without a basement. The walls are brick and the windows are PVC glazed. The main façade of the building is oriented to the North and the largest percentage of glazing is to the South.
The building is provided with a central heating/cooling system with direct evaporative multi-split air conditioners.
Domestic hot water is provided by a combination of a storage boiler with two coils connected to two high temperature hydro boxes. The water heater is also complete with electric heaters.
